This is how you can reset your password.
On the Login page https://www.smart20.io/app/auth.html#!/login
press click here, as per the image below
on the next page right your email and press the button, as per image
Then, check your email, including spam folder and search for your OTP Code.
Insert the OTP, write a New password and press the button.
